Q: How long has Peltz Shoes been in business? Can I have more information about your company?

A: Our goal is absolute customer satisfaction. This is why we offer quality, name brand shoes in hard to find sizes and widths at great prices. We have been providing sizes, service, savings and selection for our customers since 1957.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Yes, our website is very secure. We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?

A: We are required by law to collect sales tax for states in which we have a legal obligation to do so. The appropriate sales and use tax will be added to your merchandise total as required by statute.

Q: I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Our entire product line is online; a physical catalog is not available at this time.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: We process orders daily. You can expect your shipment in 3 to 10 business days. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an updated ETA .

Q: How is my order shipped?

A: We ship insured ground via UPS or Priority Mail via USPS . For more information, click Here.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

A: We offer Second Day delivery however it may not be available on all products. Please click here for more information.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

A: Yes. We ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via Priority Mail. For more information about shipping, click here.

Q: What do you charge for stardard shipping on an order?

A: All orders over $69 ship for free. Orders under $69 ship for $5.00 Economy (7-10 Business Days). Standard Ground (3-5 Business Days) is $7.50. 2nd Day Air is $9.99 and each additional pair is $5.00. For more information about shipping charges, click here.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: Please contact our Customer Service Department at 727-977-5400 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped soon after placement and may not always be possible to cancel.

Q: Do you sell gift cards online?

A: Gift cards are sold in-store only at this time. Stop in a location near you.
